We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Functional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Minnow Wellness in Greater Houston. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about root-cause medicine and delivering deeply personalized, relationship-driven care. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, interpret advanced lab testing, and develop individualized treatment plans that integrate lifestyle, nutrition, and evidence-based therapies. As a key member of our care team, you will collaborate closely with our Patient Concierge and clinical staff to ensure a seamless and elevated patient experience. The ideal candidate is clinically curious, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Prior experience in functional or integrative medicine is strongly preferred, along with a commitment to ongoing learning and clinical excellence.
